# OpenTalk Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 31, 2026

OpenTalk processes account information, message content, voice and speech data, purchase status, and local app data to provide AI conversation, Live2D interaction, voice playback, translation, grammar analysis, account access, product limits, and account deletion.

OpenTalk routes AI and TTS requests through backend proxy services such as Supabase Edge Functions. Those proxies may forward the minimum required text or request data to selected AI or TTS providers solely to provide the requested feature. Provider choices may change over time to improve reliability, quality, cost, or regional availability.

We do not sell personal data. Apple processes subscription transactions through the App Store. Local chat history remains on your device unless you delete it. You can delete your account in the app profile screen.
